2020 LunarFest -

Thank you for your interest in volunteering in 2020 LunarFest. We are looking forward to another exciting year of friendly faces, great programs, and fun times with people like you, who make up our talented cast of volunteers!

LunarFest is a legacy event from Vancouver 2010 Cultural Olympiad. It celebrates lunar new year like no other!  We are excited to continue the tradition of making LunarFest a fun and multi-cultural event for the local communities even if Lunar New Year isn’t a tradition for them. We also tour around schools in partnership with Vancouver School Board and provide free craft workshops related to the Lunar New Year Celebrations to thousands of students.

2020 LunarFest will take place in the following cities:

  • Vancouver: Jan 6th – Feb 10th
  • Courtenay: Jan 27th – 28th
  • Mississauga: Feb 1st
  • Markham: Feb 2nd

We are seeking highly passionate and like-minded individuals to join us.  If you are interested in helping or you are looking for building your resume, we have various volunteering opportunities waiting for you.
